Launched by t he Citizens Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA)\, the Neighborhood Em ergency Housing Support Program provided funding to community-based organi zations (CBOs) with cultural and linguistic competency to outreach to resi dents about available housing stability resources. Additional funding supp ort for the program was provided by The Boston Foundation (TBF) and the Un ited Way of Massachusetts Bay.
\nMAPC analyzed the effectiveness of emergency rental relief and the role CBOs play in making residents aware o f resources.
