The Central Transportation Planning Staff to the Boston MPO is hosting an upcoming discussion on resilience in transportation pla nning at next week’s Regional Transportation Advisory Council meeting on < strong>May 10\, from 2:30-4:05 PM. The Advisory Council is an independent public body that meets mo nthly to discuss transportation topics in the Boston region and help direc t the Boston MPO’s work by advising staff and voting on the MPO board.
\nStaff will be discussing the MPO’s environmental and resilience work\, and will welcome feedback on goa ls and ideas for the resilience program and priorities for incorporating r esilience and climate adaptation into transportation planning.
