Tuesday, March 23, 6-7pm: MetroFuture Speaker Series, "Bicycles in Boston and the Public Health Connection"
Date:
March 23, 2010 - 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Anne Lusk, a Research Fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health with a Ph.D. in Architecture and a 28 year history working on bicycle environments for all populations, will discuss how Boston's bicycling infrastructure could be changed to increase bicycling and improve health in men, women, children, seniors, and parents with children on their bicycles. She will detail how to reach the top-of-the-tree fruit and complement the low hanging fruit bicycling accomplishments already made in Boston.
Location: 60 Temple Place, Boston
