DESCRIPTION:The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC)\, Attorney General’s Office (AGO)\, and the Massachusetts Municipal Association (MMA)\, is inviting municipal officials\, municipal staff\, and local leaders who are working on Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) issues to this webinar which will include: \n\nAn overview of the new ADU law taking effect on February 2\, 2025.\nAn update from the EOHLC on questions frequently asked (they will also provide an opportunity to ask your questions which will inform future guidance).\nAn overview of EOHLC’s next steps.\n\nThe focus of this webinar is not intended for property owners.
