The findings of this research provide a clear view into the scale of demand for affordable housing and a detailed accounting of the kinds of units that are most needed to fill the gap–now and into the future. DESCRIPTION:Please join the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC)\, Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC)\, and the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) for guidance on regulating Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in accordance with Section 3 of the Zoning Act.
