Annabelle Thomas Taylor
Front End Web Developer
Annabelle joined MAPC in August 2019 as a Front End Web Developer. She combines her knowledge of development best practices and empathy-driven design to create clear, accessible applications. Her current projects include MetroCommon 2050 and the Massachusetts Safe Routes to School Parent Survey.
Prior to joining MAPC, Annabelle worked primarily in technical support. During college, she worked at her university’s IT center as a computer repairsperson, assisting students and staff in matters such as malware removal and operating system installation. These troubleshooting skills were further refined during her time as a customer support specialist at HubSpot. After assisting dozens of patrons with various web design projects, Annabelle decided to fully pivot into professional web development.
Annabelle graduated from the University of Rochester in 2017 with a B.A. in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies and a minor in Computer Science. In 2019, she completed a three-month software engineering immersive through General Assembly, D.C.
