Armin is a Transportation Research Intern at MAPC. He offers his expertise in spatial analysis and visualization on an array of transportation research projects.

Armin has worked in various positions at MAPC for over two years. He is a PhD student in interdisciplinary engineering at Northeastern University. Besides his work at MAPC, Armin has worked for MIT’s Center for Advanced Urbanism and Civic Data Design Lab and Northastern’s Dukakis Center for Urban and Regional Policy and Boston Area Research Initiative. Armin has a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Tehran and MFA in information design and visualization from Northeastern. In his spare time, Armin works as a freelance web designer for information design projects such as the Los Angeles Noise Array.
