Research Analyst I
Aseem joined MAPC’s Data Services Research Team in November 2020. In his role, Aseem works on developing analysis scripts and visualizations for various research projects. His work currently focuses on housing attainment and affordability research.
Prior to joining the MAPC, Aseem worked as a Policy Assistant Intern with the MBTA, and as a Research Assistant with the Boston Area Research Initiative. At the Boston Area Research Initiative, Aseem analyzed mobility and transportation research in the metropolitan Boston area and worked directly with researchers to develop insights and analyses for studies. His other experience includes working as an Urban Designer with the Jana Urban Space Foundation, an Urban Services social enterprise in Bangalore, India.
In May 2020, Aseem received a Master of Science degree with a focus on Urban Informatics from Northeastern University. He also holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Pune.
