Biography:
Audrey is an environmental planning intern at MAPC. As a part of the environmental department, Audrey supports projects focused on climate change impacts and contributes to community engagement efforts around hazard assessment and resiliency building projects. Previously Audrey worked as a policy fellow for the Tacoma Sunrise Movement where they assisted in community engagement and data collection for climate policy drafting.
Audrey is a current graduate student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst pursuing a master’s degree in sustainability science concentrating on water sustainability and climate change and an additional master’s degree in regional planning specializing in climate resilience and green infrastructure. Audrey also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound.
Areas of interest: Green infrastructure, stormwater management, hazard mitigation, community climate resiliency capacity building
