Caroline Graham joined MAPC’s Homeland Security Division in October 2018 as a Program and Grant Management Coordinator for the Northeast Homeland Security Regional Advisory Council (NERAC). Caroline works to support the vision of the Northeast Council by managing grant-funded projects and researching industry standards and vendor qualifications for equipment and services prior to procurement. She also manages the social media and website content for NERAC by keeping those outlets up-to-date with homeland security and emergency preparedness resources for first respondents and the general public.

Caroline comes to MAPC from the Non-Profit Organizations/Charities Division at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where she provided administrative support for the division’s legal staff, collaborated closely with charities to ensure state compliance, and managed the division’s non-legal staff. In this role she also provided project management support for division projects and delivered up to date information to stakeholders and constituents.

Caroline earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Affairs at the University of New Hampshire.
