Heidi Anderson, MCPPO, as MAPC’s Operations Manager, is a core member of the Human Resources and Administration Department and oversees the Administrative team whose shared goal is to support the work of and physical space of the Agency. Ms. Anderson supervises the administrative assistants and interns; oversees the administrative and facility operations of the Agency; and serves as the point person for the MAPC Council.
Before becoming Operations Manager Ms. Anderson served for 13 years as MAPC’s Procurement Services Manager during which she performed all procurements for MAPC’s various collective procurement programs and provided procurement advice and assistance to MAPC staff.
Prior to working at MAPC, Ms. Anderson spent several years on the Central Artery/Tunnel Project performing construction administrative and contract administrative duties on interstate highway and interchange tunnel finishes contracts valued at $210M.
Heidi is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Purchasing Officials. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law, but does not maintain an active law practice in the Commonwealth.
