Land Use Intern
Meghan Casey is currently working as an intern in the Land Use department for Spring 2018. At MAPC, she will be involved with housing density research as well as assisting with ongoing department projects.
Before joining MAPC, Meghan explored a range of avenues in the design world. Most impactful was her time at Design Fugitives, an emerging architectural firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Over two summers she assisted with system development, client relations, and general office operations, which fueled her interest in pursuing an architecture track at Tufts.
Meghan is in her final semester at Tufts University where she majoring in Architectural Studies and Economics with an Urban Studies minor. She is interested in both the logistical and innovative aspects of the built environment, which is where her studies intersect. More specifically, Meghan is passionate about adaptive reuse, sustainable energy design, and community planning.
