IT Helpdesk Generalist

Taylor Malott joined the Data Services team at MAPC as an IT Helpdesk Generalist in 2022. She works with the IT Support team to assist with various IT related topics and provide assistance with troubleshooting and finding resolutions to various technical requests.
During her undergrad, Taylor was employed by California State University Channel Island’s Facilities Services, with a focus on creating and maintaining sustainability initiatives for the campus. From there, she spent the remainder of her collegiate career maintaining various IT positions for educational and public health departments. Upon graduation, she expanded her career to the private sector before starting with MAPC.
Taylor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Information Technology from Framingham State University in 2019.
