Biography:

Marybeth Boucher joined MAPC’s Human Resources Department in June 2021. As a HR Generalist, she is responsible for HR services (i.e., recruitment, onboarding, training) and people -focused initiatives.

Before joining MAPC, Marybeth worked on the Human Resources team at GBH (formerly WGBH), starting as an Administrative Assistant and moving her way up to an Associate HR Generalist. At GBH, Marybeth worked on many HR functions, from recruiting and onboarding to employee recognition events and systems audits. Prior to that, she spent a couple of years at the New Hampshire Art Association working on exhibition planning and member engagement.

She received her B.A. from the University of New Hampshire, where she double majored in Humanities and Spanish.
