‘Housing Production Plan’ will identify housing need and shape town’s housing goals for the future
WINCHESTER – Do you live in Winchester? Are you interested in helping to shape a vision for housing in your community?
Join the Town of Winchester and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) for a forum on Tuesday, June 26, starting at 7 p.m. in the Muraco Elementary School gym.
Winchester is working with MAPC to take a proactive approach to planning for the future of the community by creating a Housing Production Plan (HPP). Join MAPC and Winchester officials for this second public forum of this planning process. The interactive event will build on the first forum, when the community gave input on goals for housing in Winchester and the kinds of locations where folks want housing.
Now, the public’s input is needed on ways the town can work towards plan goals and what kinds of housing make sense in particular areas of town. The evening will begin with a presentation and continue with an open house where information will be shared via posters and feedback requested.
