The Town of Duxbury has prepared a draft updated Hazard Mitigation Plan to help the Town reduce its vulnerability to natural hazards such as flooding, hurricanes, and winter storms. The plan also addresses the impacts of climate change and features recommended mitigation actions the Town can take to become more resilient to natural hazards.
The Town Duxbury Hazard Mitigation Team was assisted by the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) in preparing this draft plan.
