Wenham Affordable Housing Trust (AHT) Action Plan
As we kick this project off, we want to hear from you! Take our survey and tell us your ideas for affordable housing in town:
About the Project
The Wenham Affordable Housing Trust (AHT) Action Plan will be a community-informed roadmap to guide the AHT’s decision-making for the next five years. This Action Plan will reflect on the existing, now expired plan to determine where the Trust needs to focus its time and investments to best meet the needs of the Wenham community.
The Wenham Affordable Housing Trust was established for the purpose of providing for the creation and preservation of affordable housing in the Town of Wenham for the benefit of low- and moderate-income households.
The Town of Wenham has hired the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) to provide technical assistance services to complete this plan. With MAPC’s support, the Trust will engage residents and stakeholders throughout the process to ensure the plan reflects the community’s vision for housing in town.
