Biography:
Amelia Meneses is an intern in the Environment Department at MAPC. She is also currently a Master of Public Health student at Boston University where her certificate program focuses on Environmental Health and Justice. Amelia is also a recent graduate from Ithaca College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. Prior to joining MAPC as an intern, Amelia worked in the Ithaca College Ecotoxicology Lab doing research involving PFAs and tire wear particles. In addition, she interned at the Community Science Institute in Ithaca, NY, where she did data analysis, community outreach and education involving watershed sustainability.
