Biography:

Anagha works with municipalities around the Boston region as a part of the Municipal Digital Equity Planning program. She contributes to MAPC’s Digital Equity planning practice through existing conditions analysis, community engagement and qualitative research, policy recommendations, and plan production.

Prior to joining MAPC, she worked as a research assistant at Illinois Housing Lab at UIUC, researching housing code enforcement practices and regulations for mid-size cities in Illinois. Anagha has also worked as a communications associate researching home as a workplace for low-income women home-based workers by documenting the work of Mahila Housing SEWA Trust in India.

She received her master’s degree in urban planning (MUP) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a focus o=in housing policy, community, and economic development. She earned her Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli in India.
