Biography:

Emma joined MAPC in 2024 and is a Council Engagement Specialist. In their role they support council work including building and maintaining council relationships, planning and facilitating council meetings, and maintaining council records and information.

Before joining the MAPC, Emma worked a series of role supporting community engagement for nonprofits, for profit, and government projects ranging from the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program to efforts to advance workforce equity. Additionally, they also have experience working supporting county level immigration services and developed a Refugee and Asylee photo storytelling project for their undergraduate thesis.

Emma is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Planning, Public Policy and Management.
