ADU Webinar

The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), Attorney General’s Office (AGO), and the Massachusetts Municipal Association (MMA), is inviting municipal officials, municipal staff, and local leaders who are working on Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) issues to this webinar which will include:
- An overview of the new ADU law taking effect on February 2, 2025.
- An update from the EOHLC on questions frequently asked (they will also provide an opportunity to ask your questions which will inform future guidance).
- An overview of EOHLC’s next steps.
The focus of this webinar is not intended for property owners. There will be other opportunities in the future, aimed at property owners.
