Webinar: Model Zoning for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)

Please join the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC), Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), and the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) for guidance on regulating Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in accordance with Section 3 of the Zoning Act. Staff will present Model Zoning for ADUs and offer suggestions to guide local decision-making.

The webinar will discuss different approaches so zoning language can be tailored to the individual community’s needs and local conditions.
