MARBLEHEAD – Do you live in Marblehead? Do you have concerns about the ability of seniors, families, workers, and others to afford a home here? Your input could make a difference!
Join the Town of Marblehead and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) for a forum on Monday, June 24, starting at 7 p.m. in the Masonic Temple, 62 Pleasant St. in Marblehead.
Marblehead is working with MAPC to take a proactive approach to planning for the future of the community by creating a Housing Production Plan (HPP). Join MAPC and Marblehead officials for the first of two public forums. The interactive event will share key findings on housing need in town with residents and provide an opportunity for residents to share their input.
Public participation in this forum will set the stage for further engagement that will help shape the housing goals and strategies included in the plan. The evening will begin with a brief open house and presentation, then continue with small group discussions.
