The Tri -Community Greenway was completed in 2018 and connects Winchester, Woburn, and Stoneham. This ride will show off this new trail and focus on future opportunities to extend to the Middlesex Fells and beyond.
The East Boston Greenway was recently extend to Constitution Beach. From this current terminus, there are opportunities to extend the greenway further into Winthrop as well as toward Suffolk Downs and Revere. This ride will explore these opportunities and some spectacular beach views.
Meet at the rear entrance to Maverick Station at 6:15pm
At the peak of summer, enjoy a ride along the coast through Hull, Cohasset and Scituate. We will enjoy several beaches along the way, and rocky coasts. Return on the Greenbush Line.

Hear from MassDOT, the Barr Foundation, and the Operational Services Division on how cities and towns can apply for the new MassDOT Shared Streets and Spaces grant program.
In addition to an overview of the program from MassDOT, we will learn more about the technical assistance available through the Barr Foundation and representatives from the Operation Services Division will discuss how municipalities may purchase materials needed for their pilots using OSD’s statewide contracts.
