Officers and Executive Committee Elected, Staff Members Awarded at Annual Council Meeting
Secretary of the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs Rebecca Tepper addressed attendees as the keynote speaker
June 11, 2024 - Representatives from the 101 cities and towns in the MAPC region, gubernational appointees, state and City of Boston officials, and guests came together for MAPC's Annual Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 4 – the second in-person gathering since the COVID-19 pandemic. We would like to thank all who joined us for this important event.
A special thanks to Secretary of the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs Rebecca Tepper for not only speaking at our Annual Council Meeting, but also for engaging with our region's municipal leaders.
MAPC would also like to congratulate our newly elected MAPC Council members and three staff members who were recognized for their continued passion and dedication to our regional work. Principal Planner and Emerging Technologies Specialist Alison Felix was presented with the Robert Davidson Staff Achievement Award, and Information Technology Manager Buddy Newman and General Counsel Marjorie Weinberger were both given Above and Beyond Awards!
