Hubway bikes were put away for the winter yesterday, but they will be back in Spring 2012. Expanded service is also on the way, with stations being added in nearby cities of Somerville and Cambridge.
The first season of Hubway saw 140,000 trips in four months, far surpassing our original expectations for the bike share. MAPC Transportation Coordinator Jessica Robertson went on the air with WBUR yesterday to talk about the success of the bike share program.
